You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@awordwith.com from the email address associated with your account (or include enough information for us to identify it), with the subject "Data deletion request". Once your account settings are available, you'll also be able to delete your account directly from there.
What happens
- We verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days.
- Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it (for example, transaction records) or to prevent fraud and abuse; it is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
- On-chain (blockchain) transactions are part of a public ledger we do not control and cannot be deleted.
