Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, impersonate others, harass, spam, infringe rights, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
Messages & payments
The Service lets users send paid messages and receive payments. Payments run through a non-custodial smart-contract escrow — funds are released to the recipient when a reply is confirmed, or returned to the sender otherwise — so we don't hold or control your funds. Fees and payment terms are described in the Service. You're responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
Your content
You keep the rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update the Service and these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A Word With is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
